Client Liability Waiver, Studio Policies & Terms of Service – Studio E.P.I.X. inc.

These terms and conditions form an integral part of the registration process for EPIX Training services (hereinafter "EPIX"). 1. USER PROFILE By registering, I understand that I am creating a profile on the EPIX website or application. This profile will allow me to purchase one or more sessions or memberships offered by EPIX. 2. FINAL SALE POLICY I acknowledge that any purchase of sessions or memberships is a "final sale" and is non-refundable, subject to applicable laws. 3. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS In order to participate in a session, I agree to book online. If I decide to cancel a reservation, I agree to do so at least 3 hours before the scheduled session. Otherwise, the reserved session will be considered used, or late cancellation fees will apply. 4. SCHEDULE AND INSTRUCTOR MODIFICATIONS EPIX reserves the right to change the assigned instructor for a session, or modify or cancel class schedules without notice for the following reasons: holidays, special events, or if fewer than 5 participants are registered for the class. 5. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS Any introductory promotional offer (e.g., Discovery Week) is valid for a limited time starting from the first visit. This offer can only be purchased once per person. 6. STUDIO RULES I agree to faithfully and diligently follow the rules and regulations of the Studio. I understand that failure to follow the rules may result in a refusal of service. 7. NON-TRANSFERABILITY My account, sessions, memberships, and all resulting benefits are personal and are not transferable, exchangeable, or shareable. 8. LIABILITY WAIVER AND HEALTH I acknowledge that the physical activities offered by EPIX involve inherent risks of injury. It is strongly recommended to obtain a medical evaluation before starting any training program. I warrant that I am and will remain in good physical condition to participate in the services. 9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I assume all risks of injury, loss of property, or any other damage that may result from my use of the Studio's equipment or participation in services, except if the damage is caused by gross negligence or intentional fault of EPIX. 10. RELEASE I release EPIX, its owners, and its representatives from all claims, damages, or proceedings arising from my participation in sessions or the use of the Studio's equipment.
